i love this app. it has completely elimated the use of my pda and nightforce software. i bought the phone not knowing i could get such apps like this one. i took it to the field and tested it out, i have to say it is right on. i fine tuned it to my rifle and now it tracks like a champ. i would have loved to find this before investing in the other stuff. if you shoot alot, you need this app. it will serve you well. also buy an otter bow survivor series, to put your phone in. water proof and shock proof.and still be able to access the keys and talk. great app and phone combo

Very good app. I wish it would let you customize rifle specs more detailed re barrel length and twist rate.
Excellent, convenient and accurate ballistic calculator!
This application has very convenient User Interface. It's very easy to add or modify a new weapon profile, based on a bullet from the extensive library that's included - or your own. It's the only program currently on the market (that I know of) that allows adding banded BC (G1 and G7).
One shortcoming - you cannot add a projectile to the library to then include in multiple weapon profiles. But (a) it's not a big deal - it simply forces you to manually add bullet parameters to each new weapon profile, and (b) Robert said he'll include this feature in one of the future releases.
Accuracy-wise - Bullet Flight is probably the most accurate ballistic calculator. Its output is within what JBM and Ballistic FTE tell. When compared throughout the range (from 500m to 2000m) Bullet Flight and JBM were within 0.1-0.4mil of each other.
Did I say it has the most convenient interface? It also has a great support - I got replies within 24 hours from emailing questions.
Ballistic FTE is richer in features - such as drawing graphs to compare ballistics of multiple loads & projectiles. Bullet Flight is great for pure shooting - get in the field, get the weather, lase the distance, plug in the data, adjust and shoot.
It's the costliest - but money very well-spent.
